The product itself showed up fine, but the packaging was kind of a cheap little joke. One corner was bent like it got tossed around by some careless clown, though thankfully nothing was leaking. It’s usable, but I expected it to be packed better

I was looking into Aleavia because I wanted something really gentle for my baby, but i just didn’t feel totally comfortable with it.
The information about using it on babies and kids felt unclear to me. When it comes to little ones’ skin, I need super simple answers, not sitting there trying to figure out if it’s okay or not.
Maybe it works great for adults, but for my child, I decided to pass. I personally wouldn’t choose this for baby use.

I ordered once thinking it was just a one-time thing, and somehow ended up caught in subscription drama. The whole setup wasn’t very clear, and then I got charged again before I even realized what was happening. To make it more confusing, one email seemed to say one thing while another message made it sound like something else was going on.

Trying to get the billing sorted out took way longer than it should have. I just wanted the subscription cancelled and the charge refunded, but it felt like I had to keep chasing answers. it was more hassle than it was worth, and I wouldn’t use it again

I'm not totally sure if it was the product or maybe how I was using it, but it just wouldn't rinse clean for me. It felt like there was still some residue left behind no matter how much I rinsed
